We reserve the right to disqualify entries that contain "inappropriate" content as determined by the panel of judges. This Newsletter Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia. Participation in this contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

1. Enter on-line at newslettercontest@relishphiladelphia.com by making your recommendations for our newsletter name that relates to the music, food, and culture specific to Warmdaddy's, Relish, and NXNW and events in and around the city of Philadelphia.

2. If for any reason the Internet portion of the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, we reserve the right at its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

3. Entrants must send entries using the correct contest entry email address, subject line, and any other specific entry information requested in the contest announcement. We are not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries, or emails sent but not received by us for any reason, as potential contest winners.

Winners of all contests will be contacted at the "sender" email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner.

Awarding Prizes


1. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and gratuities that may be incurred. All winners are required to verify proper and legal identification within 30 days of notification of winning the prize. Winner may forfeit any and all prizes if verification cannot or has not been made within 30 days.

2. Each prizewinner must provide us with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime telephone numbers. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or gratuities, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.

3. Warmdaddy's shall retain ownership and all rights to the winning Contest entry and all other entries with no further remuneration than the aforementioned prize.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we may substitute a prize of like or equal value. We reserve the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.
